Segunda vez que me hospedo no castelo. Dessa vez, fiquei no quarto que as portas do banheiro eram de vidro, colocaram uma divisória para não aparecer o banheiro, mas ainda sim aparecia quem estava tomando banho! É desconfortante. Eu já não vou mais, eu tenho adolescentes, e não tem como ter privacidade tomando banho, assim! As faxineiras estavam limpando os outros quartos, e faziam muito barulho.

Serviço tem deixado a desejar

Reservei 2 quartos e em ambos a imagem da TV era péssima, cheio de chuvisco. Em um dos quartos o ar não funcionava (nem quente e nem frio). Os quartos só continham cobertores do tipo manta. Nunca vi um hotel em região de clima frio não ter um bom edredom. Por sorte o equipamento de ar estava funcionando a função de aquecer e ajudou a suportar o frio (embora não estivesse esquentando o suficiente porque ainda estava sentindo frio, mas ajudou a amenizar). No check-in, o atendente não nos levou ao quarto. Considerando que o castelo é imenso, um verdadeiro labirinto, ele deveria levar os hóspedes até a acomodação. Como eu já havia me hospedado lá e conhecia o prédio anexo onde eu ficaria, então não me preocupei muito com isso. É a segunda vez que me hospedo lá e o serviço já foi melhor. Infelizmente, fiquei desapontado com a última estadia. Pra mim o pior ponto é um hotel numa região fria não ter bons edredons e disponibilizar apenas cobertores.

O castelo é incrível já é segunda vez que fico nele o quarto que fiquei dessa vez tinha cheiro de cigarro mais colocaram um aparelho lá e melhorou a piscina apesar de pedido pra não pular tinha criança pulando e molhando que não queria se molhado e a água n estava muito quente a do canto tava até fria pro meu gosto e os casais que ia pra jacuzzi não saía pros demais aproveitarem um pouco teve casal que ficou mais de 2 horas acho que falta organizar porque o povo não tá nem aí pra quem tá lá esperando,e poderia liberar os pets de pequeno porte sentimos falta dos nossos amigos de 4 patas
