eu peguei o quarto com uma banheira no quarto e a banheira tinha algumas manchas que não saíam (eu mesma tentei esfregá-las!) e me deixaram desconfortável. mas também os jatos na banheira não estavam funcionando. na noite em que cheguei lá percebi, mas não pedi ajuda porque já era tarde e eu já estava despida dentro da banheira quando percebi. na manhã seguinte, tentei novamente e os jatos não ligavam. Chamei por ajuda (demoraram muito a vir) só resolveram temporariamente; assim que eles saíram, eles pararam de funcionar novamente, então eu liguei de volta (demoraram muito para voltar mais uma vez) e os consertaram uma segunda vez. a essa altura já está quase na hora do check-out e não consegui nem tomar um banho relaxado, tive que correr. Liguei para a recepção e perguntei se eu poderia ficar 1 hora extra mesmo se eu tivesse que pagar e eles disseram que não. consideração zero por todo o dinheiro pago.

Razoável. O check in é muito tarde, às 15:00. Infelizmente tivemos que aguardar muito por ter chegado muito cedo, e só tivemos o quarto disponível 15 minutos antes. Os funcionários inicialmente não foram muito cordiais. O colchão não é muito confortável, porém tudo bem limpo. O ponto alto é realmente a localização, acredito que seja a melhor. O ponto baixo é o café da manhã, muita variedade porém sem muita qualidade e sabor. Voltaria pela localização, porém existem várias opções bem próximas.

Local maravilhoso !!! Todo o hotel super limpo,o quarto impecável amei demais. Super completo e na chegada em cima da cama tinha chocolates. O hotel estava totalmente no clima da Páscoa,com objetos e ursos em pelúcia. A localização sensacional!!! Na esquina da rua principal,tudo que fizemos foi a pé a noite! Ah e ia me esquecendo do café da manhã delicioso ….Vale super a pena quem for a Campos se hospedar nesse hotel. Voltarei em breve 🙏

Atendimento muito bom! Café da manhã bem variado. Os quartos são bem antigos, acomodações antigas e com acústica péssima! Acordava várias vezes a noite com o barulho de hóspedes chegando e fazendo barulho.
