O hotel estilo colonial, percebe-se que tem um bom tempo de existência pela sua arquitetura. Mas não deixa nada a desejar em limpeza e cordialidade por parte dos funcionários. Um ótimo café da manhã e um chá da tarde de cortesia que é de uma gentileza ímpar. Bem localizado. Ótimo custo benefício!

Amei a estadia. Fiz uma amizade inesquecível e desejo voltar muito por ela: Nara! Uma gata negra hiper carinhosa qe dormiu na minha cama uma noite inteira. O café da manhã que deveria ser um pouco mais variado. Faltou variedade em sucos a fruta. No mais, voltarei sempre que puder.

Hotel está precisando de reforma urgente! Quarto com piso manchado, banheiro com os rejuntes precário. Café ok,mas com pouca variedade. Não aproveitanos o café da tarde ofertado, pois é em outro hotel da rede. Outro ponto a destacar é que os quartos não possuem isolamento acústico, tendo em vista que nosso quarto foi próximo a escada ouvimos barulho o tempo todo,além das conversas dos quartos vizinhos. O ponto positivo foi recepcionista Marcos foi muito cordial e solicito.

Horrível e maior furada.

Hotel precisando de dono e reformas. Não é porque é antigo não precisa de reformas. Banheiro horrível que não condiz com hotel. Pedi controle da TV várias vezes e não solucionaram e não estavam nem ai para meu problema. Tive que levantar toda vez para desligar TV. Hotel estava lotado e beirando 2 graus, perguntei sobre a possibilidade de acender lareira e disseram que acende somente alta temporada que achei ridículo a resposta. Café da manhã sem suco de laranja e pão de forma acabar em pleno domingo. Estrada de acesso péssimo para carro baixo. A única coisa que salva são o pessoal da cozinha e camareira e a gatinha Nara que até dormiu 1 noite conosco mas o resto precisam melhorar e muito. Atualizam as fotos também e retiram photoshop das fotos e mostram a reliadade e nao somente quartos selecionados para foto pois a realidade é outra. Só não cancelei por que nao havia mais reembolso, foi frustrante e decepcionante.

As instalações são antigas porém tem tudo o que precisa para uma ótima estadia. Funcionários atenciosos, a piscina é aquecida porém não vi ninguém usando(até porque estava bastante frio). Café da manhã maravilhoso. A tarde ainda servem um chá da tarde e a noite tem sopas/caldos. O acesso é por estrada de terra mas nada que atrapalhe.
