"The staff was downright disrespectful. We went to the dining area, and at first, they told us to sit at a specific table. Then, while we were still in the middle of our meal, they came over and rudely told us to get up and move — without any explanation, and in a very unprofessional tone.

The breakfast was great for Italian standards and coffee was also good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was fine but would benefit from a little TLC. For the price I paid I was happy. "
