"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, the staff member at the front desk was busy on a phone call and stayed on the call for a long time without acknowledging or welcoming guests properly. The customer service felt very unprofessional and unfriendly. After checking into the room, I noticed that the washroom did not have basic amenities like soap or shampoo. I had already gone into the shower before realizing nothing was provided, so I had to come back to the front desk and ask for them myself. Even then, the staff did not seem to care about the inconvenience and simply handed over the items without any apology or concern. Paying over $200 plus tax per night, I expected much better service and attention to guests. Overall, it was honestly a bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service and lack of basic room preparation."

"Staff had great customer service but the hotel is horrible. The room wasn’t cleaned properly as there were garbage behind the fridge and beside the bed and the sheets had stains. It smells really bad, room service was poor and the room I was in was musty. Our room service was just them using the same sheets to make the bed. When we asked for change of sheets they only flipped the sheets and reused them. The air vents were dusty which affected my son’s sinus. So many stains on the carpets it was a turn off"

"We were not happy with our stay. We walked in the room and it was freezing, the toilet was running and had no water reservoir to flush. I lifted the lid to find what was wrong and found it had gross gunk around the button that held the button down keeping the water running. I cleaned that and then it worked. Then looking up in the bathroom there was hair stuck to the roof which wasn't pleasant to look at. When we tried to use the pool it was closed. Which was a big reason we booked this motel for our kids. Not to mention the elevator and hallway smelling like weed. It just seemed neglected and we would not likely try to come back."
