"The room was very basic but adequate. The thermometer seemed to be stuck on high. It was uncomfortably hot the entire time wr wete there. The staff was extremely friendly and nice."

"The room was clean and everything worked. Did not use any amenities so couldn't rate. Unfortunately what we were paying for was a place to sleep, which did not happen as the mattress was worn enough that we were both rolling into the middle. The pillows were also not comfortable. Lucky if we got 2 hrs total. Everything else was fine. Pricey for what it was, but that's to be expected so close to Jasper."

"Overall good standard in all aspects. Reasonable rates (bargain when compared to rates in the national park hotels) and very acceptable breakfast. Pleasant and efficient staff."

"Really cute boutiquey hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great location especially for events by Centennial Park. Free parking. Near trails and shops. We requested for the sofa bed to be turned ahead of our arrival but we had to do it ourselves - minor inconvenience of not having round the clock housekeeping and front desk."
