"Fantastic location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Only suggestion is to swap the bodum coffee press with a regular coffee maker. With only small sinks to get water from it was a miserable mess. Loved too that someone had set up a telescope for guests to see an owls nest (with two adorable owlets and two protective parents). Amazing to see! For our next visit to Banff, we'll be back at the Juniper for sure."

"It was unclear when booking what our room was going to look like. Expedia did not explicitly say whether or not our room type included a kitchenette. We were content with our room, just wish there was more information on it beforehand. We enjoyed our stay, although the breakfast left a lot to be desired."
