"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two days prior to boarding a cruise. We had an incredible stay. The communication with Marlene prior to our stay was exceptional. She answered all of my questions and arranged for transportation from the airport to the hotel and also to the cruise terminal for us. Orlando, our driver was amazing and very personable. We were able to communicate via a phone app that translated for both of us..We spoke no Italian and he spoke very little English but we...

"Stayed here after an overnight flight from the US prior to our cruise boarding the next afternoon. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They kindly arranged a private car from the airport (shout out to Luca for his excellent service). Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect with countless restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and bars within easy walking distance. The walk to our ship is 20 minutes. Highly recommend this lovely place. "
