Appreciating that we chose a top floor unit with raised ceiling, it’s worth noting that it was very warm for sleeping. The AC was not strong enough nor directed towards the bed. Something to consider if you visit later into summer season as it would be quite hot."

Check in email stated we had to check in before 2pm or after 5pm so we changed our train time to get there and when we called to get inside we were rudely told Check-in wasn't until 3pm... they let us in half hr early eventually but this is a disorganized hotel. Shame too, the penthouse was cute. But having water is a basic necessity that was not...
