"We booked a standard 1 bdr. Compared to other resort properties where we have stayed in the PS area, the rooms were really small. There was no drink or food service at the main pool and only 1 poor worker in the sole food service cafe on property. So, wait times were long. The room was clean, but the patio was full of leaves and the table dusty. I recommend upgrading to a premium room or selecting another resort property."

"During our 2 night stay there was no hot water. Unfortunately, the staff chose to ignore the problem rather than address it with the guests (it was a property wide issue). That made for a shocking shower instead of an uncomfortable expectation. We were offered 5000 Marriott points in exchange (~$15-35). The nightly room rate was $225 after taxes. Ridiculous!"

"Didn’t have my room clean the I booked so ended up in a king instead of two queens. The pool was filthy and staff just said they were short staffed…pool was so cloudy and dirty it was concerning "

"We loved the hotel room and being able to have two rooms and the kitchen was great for our trip. We were a little bit disappointed with the breakfast options. The drinks and coffee were great. We would recommend having more choices with the eggs like where they're more fully cooked or being able to have a hard boiled eggs as an option and more fresh food available. We would also recommend having some pool toys or floaties for kids to use in the pool so that parents don't have to carry that in...

"Very lovely place to stay for a long weekend. Good quiet location. Some restaurants in walking distance and very short drive to downtown area. Staff were super friendly. Coffee and breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries out in the morning. Snacks with wine and beer out in the afternoon. Very nice outdoor area with pool, hot tub and fire pit. Rooms were nice, a little on the small side. Some areas needed a little TLC, nothing major. Beds and bedding were super comfortable. Would stay again. "

"The hotel is in an amazing location , with rooms overlooking the golf club. The large terrace offers a stunning 180-degree panoramic view—absolutely beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to help us carry in a heavy extra bed, and their service was warm and attentive. A well-deserved five-star rating!"

"There is no towel service at any of the pools. That was annoying for the price. Also, the pullout bed was hard as a rock. I recommend they provide a topper to make it better. Overall, it was fine. Last year we were at the Westin Vacation Club and enjoyed that much more. We will go back there next. "

"This is a gorgeous property with so much more room than you will ever find in downtown Palm Springs. It was completely luxurious, best equipped kitchen we've found -- hand mixer, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils. We adored our stay!"

"We stayed in Queens Bedroom with balcony at springs pool tower. The corridor seemed to be dusty, the carpet seem to be old and so was the look of the room espcially the back wall. However, th amenities nd activities outside of the room were engaging."

"Very nice, small and quiet boutique hotel . It was exactly what we needed for the weekend. We stayed in the Hermann casitas and they were beautiful !! The only complaint was that the pool in the Herman casita area was a trendy shallow pool. I think a large normal pool would be much nicer . Otherwise very well run lovely property. "
