"We had a really great stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming from the start, which made the whole experience even better. The resort was also very clean, and we noticed the maid service came twice a day. It was also nice to see that the pool and grounds were cleaned daily. The staff and butlers were very attentive, and we never had to wait long for food or drinks. The drinks were made with premium liquors, and the food was delicious with a lot of variety. Even my picky kids were always able to find something they liked. There were plenty of activities and the nightlife was fun and entertaining—there was always something going on. The dolphins on site were a really nice touch, and we saw many families enjoying the experience of swimming with them. Overall, it was a great trip and we really enjoyed our stay."

"The Resort is nice, rooms are dated but everything worked well, very clean, comfy beds. The food is absolutely amazing! Coffee shop & pastries are a win! Candy Shop is wonderful! The 2 pools are not very large, but okay, they get crowded. Went at the end of June 2026, very hot/humid, the Hotel could not regulate comfortable temperatures in Buffet or Restaurants, hard to enjoy food when you were just so hot & sweating a lot? Overall, it was a good resort to visit! But end of June is TOO hot/humid. Price was on point! Beautiful Beach & Gorgeous Ocean Waters!"

"This was a perfect quick getaway for 4th of July weekend! The property is beautiful but the beach club was the BEST! Beautiful views, with the options to lounge, play in the waves or chill in the pool. Mr. Daniel made our time at the beach club super relaxing! He's so kind and anticipated our every need. The food was delicious everywhere! We seriously didn't have a bad meal. Our only concern is the property is changing owners in mid-August 2026 so it's unclear how that will affect future stays when Hyatt pulls out."
