"The pool"

"Stayed one night only on the way to the airport with my dog. Dog friendly hotel. Had a very nice dinner with our awesome server Christian. The buffet breakfast was OK but very expensive for what is offered. The coffee was terrible. The lobby, bar and seating area for the restaurant is really nice. Reception staff were very helpful except for the person who I assume is the general manager, unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he was not helpful and actually quite rude."

"Excelente hotel muy cerca del aeropuerto, te ofrecen el traslado del aeropuerto - hotel- aeropuerto a cualquier hora del día y de la noche, eso es un plus en Cancún. Las habitaciones son confortables, limpias y el desayuno excepcional. Volveré en cuanto pueda."

"Had a great stay at Moon Palace Nizuc. Huge shoutout to Cesar at the pool who literally helped me with everything, he was always quick to bring a drink or food item when empty handed and any information I asked this guy had an answer. Seriously, I have stayed at a few spots and this pool bartender Cesar was the best host I have ever had the experience with. I would go back here just for that alone."
