"Lovely and quiet, friendly staff who put up beautifully with our very poor catalan/spanish. Room was clean although there was a long dark head hair on my pillow the 1st night when we pulled down the sheets to get into bed. Toilet roll is very thin, and even if you're happy to forgo room service, you will need frequent replenishment of loo roll. Also, note there is no lift (we were on the 4th/top floor) and no kettle in the room."

"This place is not anywhere near any tourist attractions but it’s a good option for staying overnight for rather reasonable price if you are just driving through the area or need to catch a flight in the morning in Barcelona airport and drop off your car without going into the city itself where you will face traffic and higher accommodation rates. The staff was VERY supportive and available 24hrs. They also provide secure on site parking (although a bit tricky to get in and out but you would appreciate the availability of the option either way). The room itself was big enough by Spanish standards, so we finally had enough space to rearrange our luggage. So, overall very pleased with the room, staff and reasonable pricing."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
