The staff was courteous professional helpful considerate personable friendly and kind. Always willing to answer questions and help with suggestions for dining or travel.
The hotel is located in the perfect location to access the train or buss system. Many options to dine and shop. The hotel was safe. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. My room was cleaned daily.
The hotel is located in the heart of Canes … great … but it was very noisy up until about 4 am hard to sleep.
The most negative very very very negative for me was the dirty ugly carpet in the hotel room… as an asthmatic I was so worried about getting sick … carpets are detrimental for people with bad allergies and asthma… I requested to change my room but they refused … they would not listen to my complaint at all… so I shut up and put up … normally I would change my hotel but I was in a country that was new to me without my husband … so I tried to find reasons to be out of the hotel room until it was time to sleep …
The hotel needs to get rid of nasty carpets in the room and replace it with hardwood floors … that will really enhance the environment and help clients with medical issues.
