"Lovely new modern hotel Close to train station, shops, restaurants etc.My only gripe is I paid at check-in by credit card and because the card hadn't been used there before the transaction was a pre-authorization and so I had to pay again."

"I don’t normally write hotel reviews, but I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the generosity and professionalism of the team. Unfortunately, an unexpected incident occurred shortly after we checked in, and we had to leave the property on the very same day. We informed the duty staff, who handled the situation with empathy and professionalism, promptly documenting the incident and assisting us throughout the process. We subsequently requested a refund, which was approved within a few days. While our stay was unexpectedly cut short, we were genuinely grateful for how fairly and compassionately the hotel handled the situation. Their understanding and excellent customer service made a difficult experience much easier, and for that, we are truly thankful."
