Ken came right away, clean the tub for us and brought us blankets. She was very nice and accommodating. Housekeeping supervisors need to check the rooms more often and more consistently."

"The building is just magnificent with a really historical vibe. Beautiful in every way really. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However there were a couple of things......our room had no facility for making tea or coffee or hot water. Didn't think to check on booking as I assumed this was kind of standard. Also the glasses in our bathroom were not clean. The breakfast was very strange. I ordered orange juice and tea but you can only choose one of those. My croissant (miniature) came on a plate with a paper doily and was warm, which was nice, but the butter had also been microwaved which meant it was liquid. The same applied to my daughters cooked breakfast. So if we ever went again, I would eat out."
