"Used as a stopover due to a late evening flight arrival . 10minutes if that from the airport by taxi . Family room immaculate and ideal . Breakfast was a self service simple affair but more than adequate . Host was there and helpful with bus information for our car rental . Communication regards Venice Exemption passes and how to self check in from the host were great"

"This property was immaculate, classic & cozy. Bedding included sheets only and the rooms get very cold. Bring an extra blanket if needed. Personally I loved it! The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to the airport. You will need to walk to the bus stop if traveling to Venice which is about a 10 commute. Take bus # 5. We would come back!"

"It was a dark place, the check in was a little stressful, door was closed and had a bunch of signs, the bell did not work, I felt I was in the middle of nowhere. No elevator, the mini fridge did not work at all, and had rotten food left inside. the only good thing, bathroom had space and it was cleaned "

"Easy 20 minute bus ride into Venice. The bus stop is just across the hotel and a bit down towards the gas station. Nice, clean property in a quiet neighborhood with a view of Venice from the terrace. The lobby was done up nicely as well as the back patio. Shuttle bus to and from airport was an additional charge, but available. The front desk staff and bar tender were friendly and spoke English."

"The room we got did not look anything like the pictures on expedia. There was no chesterfield and no coffee table. We booked a room with two single beds and one double bed for three people. We got a trundle bed and not two singles. We tried to use the shuttle from the airport but the number they gave us did not work, the number listed on expedia for the hotel did not work so we were stranded at the airport until we were able to send a text to some one else at the hotel to tell the office to...

"This is the last time we'll stay here unfortunately. We had good experiences before. This time, the fire alarm went out each night, we were told because someone was smoking in their room. The manager didn't know how to turn them off. This severely affected us for the next day. There were some other minor problems, including not checking for and telling us when our baggage arrived late from the airport. We had to hunt around and find them ourselves."

"Quiet area away from tourists. Get a porter from train station to take your luggage. Newer property and done very nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Viviana was so awesome. Our room, Girasolle, had a huge terrace. So nice to sit out there in morning."

"Amazing hotel and located on the island of murano. The ferry takes you to main Venice in about 10-15 minutes and they come every 10 minutes so don’t let its location steer you away from this hotel. Loft style rooms were nice as well. I would avoid the breakfast though, it was nothing to rant about. Otherwise an amazing state and they have a free water taxi to the Venice airport."
