"Eine schöne Anlage mit Thermalquellen. Generell allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen - das merkt man vor allem im Frühstücksbereich und den Zimmern. Ein gemütlicheres Sitzmöbel als die Holzkohle im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert. Praktisch ist, dass man das Auto fast vor dem Zimmer parken kann. Große Frühstücksauswahl. "This lodge is absolutely stunning! It’s the perfect place to see tons of animals, eat amazing food, and really feel like you are deep in the rainforest. They organized our tours—even have some right on the property—which made the whole trip so seamless and effortless. Plus, relaxing in the hot springs after a busy day of adventures was just the best. We will be returning !"

"It's better to have an all terrain vehicle to get to this hotel, Not all the roads are paved, and when driving in rural areas in CR you will encounter a lot of dirt roads. The property has a unparalleled views of the volcano , lake and jungle. The breakfast has a variety of fruits, bread, and protein. They also offer activities and excursion. There are wild animals roaming the gardens , and people visit this place just to catch a glimpse of all the birds, It is truly a beautiful and unique...

"Beautiful hotel, room with kitchen and hot tub was nice. Staff communicated immediately through WhatsApp whenever needed. Best hotel breakfast service we have ever had. Hotel was about a 20 min walk into town or just a few mins to the swinging rope on the Rio Fortuna. Only room for improvement would be some more hooks in the room to hang rain jackets etc… You could stay here and never have to leave the property the entire time."

"Stunning views from restaurant and room across as far as lake Arenal. All the food offerings were fantastic from breakfast to evening meals using home grown and home made items. Regular supply of wildlife to keep you entertained. Only slight negative was a reasonably long walk up a steep hill to get to the nearest shops etc but that’s no fault of the hotel. Also be aware there is no A/C in the rooms if you are as lucky as we were with the weather."
