Great location; very clean rooms and very well maintained and beautiful grounds; helpful staff; wonderful fresh breakfast choices and food quality; loved walking the on-site nature trail in the morning to spot the howler monkeys that announced the rising sun, and enjoyed the pool and hot tub at day’s end. The grounds at the facility were beautiful and well maintained. Check in was fast and simple. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The view from our room was incredible of the Arenal Volcano. The pool was fun and the mini spas were great too relax in. The breakfast buffet each morning was terrific. There was even an omelet station available to guests.

We loved our two nights at Casa Luna and if we are ever back in La Fortuna we would definitely stay again. The property is beautifully maintained, the staff is friendly and the food at breakfast and at the pool side bar exceeded our expectations (we went out for dinner). There were so many places to chose from in La Fortuna and I’m so glad I chose Casa Luna!

We loved our stay at Casa Luna. It’s an absolute oasis. Beautiful rooms, big beds, everything is clean and taken care of. We loved the pool area with all the hot tubs. Breakfast was delicious - wide variety of vegetables, fruit, hot buffet, cereal, pastries, fresh omelettes. The staff were amazing, too. Location is also perfect - 5 mins drive to La Fortuna for all the shops and restaurants, 10 mins drive to the La Fortuna Waterfall, 45 min to Arenal, 60 mins to the Mistico Hanging Bridges. Would definitely go back!

Loved the walking trail and landscaping. The whole property was very pleasant to walk around. We saw many beautiful birds. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor bar. There is an excellent soda, and a convenience store a short distance away.

I enjoyed this place a lot! The personal was really respectful and friendly. The lady from the spa was sooo nice and lovely! Everyone is extremely nice and I am so happy I choosed this place to stay in! My only “complaint” would be May be the high prices in the restaurant for dinner. But you have sodas nerby! I loved the location of this place to! I would come back for suuuure !!!!!

Wonderful spot in La Fortuna. Quiet but convenient to downtown restaurants and spots like the Waterfalls and the rope swing. Volcano views. The property has a charming nature trail you must walk in the morning. Pools were all nice and clean. Breakfast was great with variety every day. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Wish pools had stayed open past 9pm but otherwise great spot.

We loved our stay at Casa Luna! From the beginning they helped us track down our passports and saved our vacation. The room was a bit tight for 3 people but the property, spa and trail were amazing - birdwatching for days! The breakfast was also delicious and the restaurant had fantastic food for dinner too. This hotel gives the feel of being inside the jungle but only 10 min drive from La Fortuna city. We saw toucans, lizards and could hear howler monkeys right outside our rooms. If you don’t have a car, uber is extremely affordable and convenient. Get the breakfast buffet add on, the food is delicious and changes daily. Fruit loops and pancakes for the kids and traditional Costa Rican food for the adults. Staff are extremely friendly and helped me book all my transport and tours through WhatsApp ahead of my stay. Rooms are very comfortable with aircon. I would recommend this for animal lovers who still want the luxuries of a modern hotel.
