"Beautiful property. My only complaint is that everything is extra. For the amount you spend on the room there should be at least a free breakfast included. Very expensive."

"Breakfast buffet was not good. Food was always cold except when they cooked the omelet for us. That should be available more often. Dinner and drinks were not impressive. Our waiter was fun and always remembered our names. Don't pay for the Puma Trek/VIP pass like we did at reception. Found out later that people staying can do the hike for free. Rooms had a great view and the location was great. Parking was always avaliable and easy. I did enjoy our stay loved the decor. All the staff members...

"Absolutely everything about this stay was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The room was the best I’ve ever stayed in. The staff treated me like a queen. The best massage after hiking 500 steps up and down to get to La Fortuna waterfall. 10/10 air conditioning and pools for when Costa Rica gets hot. "

"The toilets dont work most of the time so maintenance has to be called atleast once a day to get the water running. Breakfast is free but EVERYDAY it is Horrible eggs, sausage plantains, and rice...location is far away from most attractions. Rooms were dirty however housekeeping states they come everyday. 2 towels for a family of 4. Absolute NIGHTMARE!!!"
