Horrible awful stay.

This stay was the absolute worst! Loud. Doors slamming all night long! People in rooms or hallways Very loud. Left at 3a.m. & told the front desk why. Apology but no real concern & asked for a call from manager. Called manager myself because, of course no one called me. Told manager what happened. And was scolded because we didn't call the front desk to give "their" 3 warnings deal....I laugh at that! Compared that success to telling a neighbor their dog barks too much. You get nowhere. Never Ever will stay at a Holiday Inn again.

Good place to stay

Great location, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff the only problem was the fan system in the bathroom never stopped running so there was a continuous sound all night. Close to white noise but not quite.

ot truly a pet friendly hotel

Since pet friendly I brought my bird. I sent two emails letting the hotel know I bring bird that stays in cage. I heard nothing about your no bird policy til I went to check in. Pretty much too bad for me and good luck finding a hotel that takes bird. My emails were sent at least one week prior(I have a copy still) to arrival. Very disappointed since had a 12 hour trip hoping to take break half way

Our stay

This Holiday Inn is a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious. The pool was open and perfect to help relax from our trip. The breakfast was alright considering the Covid restrictions. We had a good stay.

Check in was great, very quick. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We each had a choice between firm and soft pillows. Unfortunately the room had the smell of stale cigarette smoke.
