"When I wanted to call the hotel to tell them that we arrive late at night, I could not reach the hotel on the phone. There was an automatic voice saying that the call is forwarded, but nothing happened. Neither the phone number provided in the booking, nor the phone numbers on the webpage of the hotel worked. Fortunately, Expedia could confirm that a) the booking was confirmed by the hotel b) late arrival is possible until 11pm. In addition, I wrote an Email to the hotel during our next...
"The Hotel was perfect for what we wanted. The rooms are renovated and in good condition. The beach is only 50 meters from the hotel away, and you get an umbrella and teo sunbeds, with included beach safe! That was the best, we had no worries about going swimming together!

"We had a Junior Suite which was a great size with a balcony with side sea views. Breakfast was included which was really good with a great selection.
We used the pool facilities which were excellent, but I wish the pool was heated, we did use the pool but could not stay in for too long. Lunch and drinks at the pool were brilliant. We also had lunch at the beach restaurant next door and that was also really good.
The restaurant was great, fine dining and we got 20% off as we stayed there.

"The hotel and the staff were great! Alessandro and Sofie welcomed us and they were both so lovely.
The room and bed were comfortable. They offered us a suite but we were happy with a junior room with a nice view of the sea. The valet parking was easy.
Good food, beautiful decor, pools were great, the main pool could have been a little warmer and the hot tub hotter, so the hot tub was full all the time. Would visit again in the future.
