"Older property in need of facelift. Very economical but close to I-95 so noisy. Beds were good and food at breakfast was ok. In room coffee needs an upgrade and AC was noisy too. "

"I did not like the fact that they do not provide any drinking cups in the rooms. You have to go to the office lobby, which in our case was quite a walk since the hotel is quite spread out. Also microwaves are not provided in the rooms. Another walk to the Lobby to use a "community microwave". But the rooms do have little refrigerators. They told me at the office that "Spark" hotels are Hilton's version of a basic hotel. I wondered since this is a basic hotel why it's not priced in the $75.00 range like a Motel 6. Why not have these deficiencies more clearly stated in the advertising. I was disappointed. "

They were doing maintenence on the door locks but the process was so smooth and seamless. The staff explained everything perfectly. Definitely will return on my next visit to the area. "
