Khách sạn Cape Point , Bakau

"Apartment is spacious. All staff are helpful. The whole complex is a house with multiple apartments. Next to white sandy tranquil beach. The area is safe. Aircon very quiet. Kitchen is functional. I slept very well. Good value for money. Feeling the kindness of Gambians was important for me . Good experience overall"

"Quiet and very neat"

"There are not enough word to describe my horrendous experience with this establishment. Firstly, upon check my reservation was incorrect and missing. Secondly, some of the staff is great but the manager Omar is a cheat and unethical. I, unfortunately needed to extend my stay due to health issues and had intentions of booking online but was manipulated by him to book with him which he significantly increased the price which was utterly unacceptable and different from online booking. The whole...

"The hotel is beautiful. I only stayed one night, but i would visit again. The only thing I would say is invest in pest control. I saw a live roach in my room ."

"Clean and nice room. Good customer service"

"Beautiful hotel"

"The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia. Beds are comfortable Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year. Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either. We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not. "

"Left picture frame in room. Was never returned."

"Breakfast included was a plus and a good variety and tasty. Room had a smell for the first few days but housekeeping came everyday and soon the smell was gone. Back up generator was useful kicked in everything. Internet was spotty at times but we managed to watch several episodes of shows. The garden was marvelous and the ocean was everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating all and all great value for the money."

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gross und gemütlich. Die Parkanlage ist eindrücklich mit Palmen und grossen Affenbrotbäumen. Der Strand ist sauber."

"It was great stay"

"Lovely large hotel with beautiful grounds, surrounded by coconut trees, the beach cabanas, pool area are nice. Room is period colonial, it could with upgrading the rooms, the tv was small and not digital so unable to watch any apps of my own and there was only one English language movie channel that wasn’t very clear. Whilst the rooms are large and spacious especially the beach villas, it’s not what I would call a five star hotel, as staff and property lack the professionalism, to provide a...
