"The property is an a beautiful location however the décor is dated and tired and is terribly expensive for what is on offer. Service and food at the Bon Bon cafe on the property is terrible. Overall not a pleasant experience."

"The Hotel closed down. We where left with NO Accommodation and stranded in Somerset West. We spent 8 hours on the phone with Hotels.com trying to get alternative accommodation. Received Nothing - ended up having to make alternative arrangements at HUGE Financial loss to us."
