"SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. "

I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

Although the listing stated it was a non-smoking unit, evidence of smoking including odors, stains, and cigarette butts was present in various areas. "We stayed in the Gallery room, it was absolutely massive, even by North American standards. It had great AC that was silent, and a number of sitting options that were comfortable. There was a Nespresso machine with pods and full kitchenette, but there wasn't any plates, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. Shower was really great, however note that bathroom sinks are not directly outside the toilet room (the kitchen sink was, but it had no soap). The TV doesn't rotate, despite being on a pole, so you can only watch it from couches, not from bed, missed opportunity. Breakfast was premium/very high quality, but the staff told us it wasn't included, despite out email/booking saying it was. The staff didn't seem the most helpful, even though they were friendly. The breakfast not included thing left a bit of a sour taste, and a lot of the times we went down to ask something no one was there. We did however get a credit for the snackbar with our booking, which was really cool and nice as we were able to get some beers and snacks. This hotel is outside of the city in the middle of a business park. There was likely bus service for free, but we were there on a Sunday and never saw it. We didn't use any spa services, so we can't comment, but it was a very nice place regardless and felt upscale."

"We had an excellent stay here. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We took bus 29 to/from the airport and it was a very short walk from the stops. To go to city center we just jumped on a bus, one stop and we were there. The free trams / busses combined with the mobiliteit.lu app made it so easy to get around. The room was spacious, clean. The nightstands had ports so we could keep our phones charged. There was a kettle with an assortment of tea / coffee. We brought an adaptor from home which was supposed to be universal but wasn't and the front desk loaned us one. Our room was on the 7th floor facing the street and we never heard a sound, very quiet. We would highly recommend this hotel."
