"We had such a great stay at Hotel Spicy! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Sorrento. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and we really enjoyed how relaxed and homey the atmosphere felt. The daily breakfast was amazing as well.
One of our favorite things about the hotel, though, was the sweetest dog who was always there greeting everyone! She was so friendly and loved letting guests pet and play with her. Honestly, she became part of what made our stay so...

"Beautiful view from our room. The room was lovely and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The pool was so nice! About 20 minute walk from the city centre which was no problem. We had a great stay!"

"The staff was very nice and accommodating. They answered any questions we had. The pool is stunning. The hotel is very modern and clean. We did have ants in our room, probably because we were on the first floor and had a room right near the pool. We were only staying two nights so we didn’t call to complain but I’m sure if we did the staff would have accommodated us."

"This hotel had beautiful views of Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius. The room itself was not too special. The bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. The location was nice because it was a bit quieter but you were still able to walk into the Sorrento center where the restaurants were. The breakfast was good and had many options. The pool area was quaint with pretty views. The pool chairs were a bit uncomfortable."

"The place is very outdated.. the best part about the location is the private beach and the animals.. other than that.. I would have chose a different hotel.. when I arrived the air conditioning didn’t work.. a mini fridge that comes empty.. no room service.. the room had wood beam tree logs going through it and bugs would come out of it.. you have to dispose of your own food to reception anytime you eat something in your room or bugs will come.. the cleaning service would come to my room daily...

"Room and bed was infested with bugs. Host refused any sort of refund and said we “should have known that was possible”. There’s no way to get in contact with anyone other than email. Staff was extremely rude even during check in."

Bus stops infront of hotel (both ways) €2,- pp to be paid at the driver. Or find tickets
Only 'dislike' was we would need to pay €3,-/daily per towel for the pool. Bought a towel in Sorrento €8,-. I understand 50-50, But 3...
