"Piccolo hotel situato in una posizione meravigliosa, a Grottammare alta con vista panoramica sul mare. Immagino costruito negli anni 60, é stato purtroppo solo ristrutturato di facciata. Porte e finestre fatiscenti, cose rotte sistemate con rattoppi, crepe nei muri… un vero peccato perché la struttura ..."
