"The hotel itself very clean and stuff very friendly. Great location, however we did not get room cleaning. When I called around 7pm with the concern they said they will send the service right away. We left and when came back to find out only the towels were left next to the sink. We did not get any regular service like replenishing coffee, emptying garbage or making the bed. In addition we were looking forward to room service however it was unavailable for staffing reasons. We cannot help but feel we were short changed in our experience at Arlo hotel. "

"Excellent breakfast made to order omelets fresh fruit and hot and cold cereal along with bacon and eggs. Great value. Walking distance to Capital One Arena and CVS around the corner. Beautiful decor clean rooms great staff would stay again "

"Card readers in the elevator were intermittent, indicator lights not always working. No hot water in the bathroom sink, although the shower was great. Beds, linens, towels, housekeeping staff were all very good."

"We had a great stay! Positives: Friendly staff, comfortable room and bed, nice shower. Things that need work: Electical in our room had issues, fridge and coffee didn’t work first day. Internet is slow and had streaming issues trying to use Netflix. "

"The facility is old, not to the standards of other JW Marriotts I have seen. Speaking to an AI agent when you need something in your room and not being able to reach a real person in the hotel system is very frustrating."
