"The place is a rental property rather than a hotel. The host Carla was very friendly and responsive. The view was amazing. However, the property could use some serious work. There were holes on the wall, stains on the couch, splashes on the kitchen window shades, mold or stains on bathroom ceiling. The bathroom sink doesn’t work. "BEWARE OF GUEST FEES!! Got charged an extra $37 to rent an additional room downstairs for an hour! As for the room that I actually stayed at had no hot water, bite by mosquitoes and bed is hard. I ended up paying a total of $110 for one night when the room should cost no more than $30 a night. I would never come back to Jaco or this hotel again! "

"We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Justin at the front desk was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us, especially with translation when we faced a language barrier. There was also a Russian lady working at the front desk who was extremely helpful and professional.
