We’ve stayed in much better maintained Hampton Inns. Bathroom floor was not clean. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate., but missing some breakfast items usually always at Hampton. Front desk associate was friendly.

Friendly and helpful desk staff. Clean room. The sink however was awkwardly made. The faucet was off to the side and the counter was not flush against the wall causing water to spill onto the floor each time the sink was used. Had to keep a towel on the floor.

The desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were quick to assist with requests made. They were very friendly and personable. The breakfast was basic and limited. Over the weekend there were barely scaps of a breakfast and many items were unavailable at 9:45 AM even though breakfast was scheduled until 10 AM. This was very disappointing. The kitchen staff was unwilling to replenish any missing items. Instead, I had to give Dunkin my money even though my stay included breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was modern and incredibly clean. It included everything we needed. All staff members, whom we encountered, were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. The housecleaning staff was friendly, warm, and accommodating as well. We will stay here again. It was wonderful!

While our room was excellent the overall property was a let down. We specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool after a long day traveling-at check in we were told they were closed until further notice for repairs. This was not listed anywhere on the listing. I am not sure if the property is under construction or preparing for a renovation, but it was not the experience we had been expecting. I will say the room was very clean, bed comfortable, breakfast was tasty and staff was pleasant and kind.

After a long day of driving, I THOROUGHLY enjoyed the bed and appreciated the text check in from the manager. Breakfast Monday morning was superb. Quality and quantity (especially the hard boiled eggs). The breakfast manager chatted with everyone eating while I was there; very nice friendly touch. :) Alos, the renovations were very well done.

Staff was very nice and competent. They have us a convenient late check out. The beds were good and Breakfast was really good. However, the place seemed to be under renovation. The pool and hot tub were not operational which was one main reason we booked here. The bathroom in the room had stains in the sink and toilet. Shower water was not warm enough

Very pleasant stay

Clean hotel, staff was very pleasant. Inette at the front desk always has a wonderful smile on her face, was nice to speak with and helpful with navigating around the area. All and all, the staff made this stay nice.
