Arbatax Park Resort - Borgo Cala Moresca by Falkensteiner

"Location was beautiful, and particularly enjoyed seeing the nature reserve on site (must do experience). Room was clean and set up very pretty. However, mixed review when it came to the staff. Some members of staff were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Yet others (particularly some members of the staff at the Pool Bar and in the restaurant) were border line hostile, abrupt and rude. In addition, more could be done for the evening entertainment which can only be described as 'boring'. Finally, I understand that this is an 'Eco' Resort, but charging you 2 euros every time you wanted to change a pool towel is not cool! I get not changing the towel every day, but expecting the guests to keep the same pool towel for a week's break is a bit of a joke. Especially when they then give out 'non recyclable' plastic cups to drink out of at the Pool. But other than that, enjoyed my stay and would still recommend staying here as long as you expect some 'issues'."

"Very good experience , staff very helpful and friendly . Cleaning staff was excellent and very friendly too! Overall very good stay and would definitely recommend. Only minus the food in beachfront bar is very poor quality"

"This hotel is a good choice for budget travelers wanting to explore Cost Smeralda. It is less than 1 hour drive from all surrounding area, which made it convenient. The property had its glory days but is now a bit worn down in need of modern upgrades. It is a large property, with free parking, nice pool, playground, soccer field, great for families. The room were spotless. They need updates but were clean, AC worked well & we slept comfortably. Included breakfast was also good. Overall, we had a good stay. They staff was courteous & we enjoyed our time there."

"My husband and I spent the last 5 nights of our European honeymoon here and it was a perfect relaxing way to end our trip. The staff was friendly, the room and grounds were clean, we enjoyed having the option to lounge by the pool or the by beach with access to loungers that were reserved for hotel guests. Parking was free and easily accessible. We have no complaints!"
Arbatax Park Resort - Cottage by Falkensteiner

"We stayed in a cottage, which was situated in a good location, close to tne beach. This resort is off a rugged but beautiful stretch of coast. The resort is beautiful, plenty of nature all around. It’s spread out over a hilly site, but has a free electric golf buggy service to get you about. There resort also offers a good mixture of swimming pools and cash bars. The entertainment on offer was good if you wanted it. We did an excellent excursion by boat along the coast as far a Cala Luna. Some of these beaches are stunning. We snorkelled every day and saw a good variety of fish. It’s a really nice resort and the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"We had an awesome time here. The staff were some of the nicest people we have met (Hi Claudia and team) and the facilities were exceptional. From start to finish the stay was amazing, and even when we blew out a tyre on the last day on our way out, the staff were the first to help out with local help across language barriers. Worth every penny and would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks from your friends in Australia"

"Amazing property in a beautiful location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, check in and check out went smoothly, the wine and mini bar as well as little shampoos and soaps made the whole experience feel very special. We only stayed one night but I would have loved to stay longer for the amazing buffet breakfast and huge pool alone! Also one of the comfiest beds and pillows of my trip."

"Had the most amazing time. I was a solo traveller here and I was looked after so well by all the staff. Great guy on the bar who was super friendly and made the best cocktails. Really helpful at reception too even though I spoke minimal Italian they were great. Tucked away a bit in location but worth the drive! Gorgeous resort. I just had breakfast at the resort, as opposed to full or half board - the selection wasn’t as massive as some hotels but it felt authentically Italian and had more than enough choice to keep me happy still! Everything tasted great. Would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!"
