"DO NOT STAY HERE! My family had a horrible experience at this hotel and left after only one night into a three night reservation. Dirty room, broken toilet, disgusting shower, no air conditioning, extremely noisy location made it impossible to sleep. Ruined the first day of our Italy vacation. Staff are incredibly friendly, caring and helpful. Breakfast was great and presented in a personal, pleasant way on a lovely patio. "Firstly no signage door open but waited in lounge for 2hrs for somebody to attend reception to check in . He wasn't expecting us (only had bookings from booking .com). Room small , shower in corner of bathroom with a plastic curtain . No glasses in room took glasses from behind bar as nobody about to provide. No trace of property on trip advisor nor a website I won't make that mistake again"
