"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful.
Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed.
Although breakfast wasnāt included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal.
Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno.
1) la proprietĆ scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa ĆØ ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare.
2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perchĆ© la proprietĆ non accende il calorifero
3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietĆ non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra.
3) fa piĆ¹ freddo in casa che fuori...

"Wonderful boutique hotel in a charming town. Staff were all super friendly and helpful - it was very easy to communicate via whatās app to book activities, ask for recommendations, etc. Our room was spacious and clean. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the sea and is a great place for a snack or drink. Nearby parking was easy. Highly recommend!"
