"Staff was great, room was clean. Our bed was very uncomfortable and the spa did not have any amenities aside from a steam room that was not temperature regulated. Jacuzzi was very small for a resort and over crowded."

Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach
"Oir room had a slight sewage smell that we eventually got used to and we tried using the coffee maker to heat water but I'm pretty sure those are not cleaned regularly. There was some white ish goo in the water fill area. We decided against using it... Overall a good trip."

Lakehouse Resort
"Unfortunately the hotel, despite it's great amenities, have triple charged my credit card after we checked out. I was never able to contact anyone from the hotel to get this straighten out. My messages went completely unanswered and my credit card was maxed out because of these extra charges. Horrible ..."
