"The Skipton Hotel was disappointing, it's listed as a 4 star but is closer to a 2 star. The breakfast is the best part and the beds were comfortable, those were the positives. The decor is tired and dirty - carpets need cleaning and everything just looked like it is due for refurbishment our room ..."

"From checking in, car park info to breakfast and checking out all the staff were very friendly and informative. There was an issue with our room but it was sorted out for us and our stay was most enjoyable."
