We rented the two "queen" beds with kitchen and ocean view. Hot water was nice. Kitchen had basic utensils. Overall stay was ok. Just observe that you will need to bring everything for seasoning if you plan to cook. Also, the two beds were double beds, not queen. AC was a little but loud too.

The view was as depicted in the photos, and showed a small amount of the beach sand due to the dunes. But, that was expected for the first floor unit. The property only has two levels, so you need an upper level (2nd level) unit to see the water from the deck. Close enough to hear the waves crashing in though. Still had a beautiful sunrise with the dunes and skyline.

It said “ocean view” which wasn’t true- it was a view of the patio and dunes! But it was clean, had all the kitchen basics, coffee, comfortable beds and nice toiletries and towels. We had a great deal but next time I’d pay for 2 nd floor and a true view of the ocean. It would be worth it!

Great location, only a few blocks from the boardwalk and right on the seashore. Close to restaurants, shopping, and the marina. The hotel is automated with no staff on site. You are notified by email with a code to enter your room. There is a phone number to call if you need something, but no daily room service. The front doors to the room were dirty, along with the white plastic rocking chairs on the balcony. Cleanliness is 3 stars, but with an additional 30 minutes of cleaning could bring it to 4 or 5 stars. Don't get me wrong, overall it was a good experience for someone looking for a quieter experience. Parking was convenient. We walked everywhere.

Fabulous location, walkable to the Boardwalk and surrounding restaurants! The room was a good size, nice to have a mini kitchen to do some easy cooking. Nice size refrigerator. Views were amazing!!! (We were on the 3rd floor). Not so great, the floors were dirty. It’s such a small area, why are the floors never CLEAN?!! Porch had 2 chairs, but room accommodates 4, so it would be awesome to have at least 4 chairs so everyone can sit and enjoy the view. And include a small side table. Still, we all (a family of 4), enjoyed our stay.
