"Great location, directly across the street from the boardwalk & lots of restaurants. We were able to sit on the front porch and have a perfect view of the fireworks. Cute room & very spacious. Surprisingly quiet inside the room. I did not love the window AC and no electric outlet in the bathroom. For a 2 night stay it was great!"

"Property was good for the two nights we stayed. It could use a little maintenance, and it was mostly very clean, except for a dirty washcloth left in the shower and a little hair around the drain. The sink was very slow to drain, but it was a nice little room for just a couple of nights. The Keurig coffee maker in the common area was great- and they provide the coffee, sugar/sweetner, creamer (we did bring our own cream), and there are dog treats and bins with lots of personal items that someone...

"This is more like a motel, not a resort. There were no towels in the room at all (nor any hand soap in the bathroom) and when we went to ask about them, we were told to come back, that most of them were being laundered. There were bugs in the room. The day before we left, when it was time for us to get cleaned up to go to dinner, I went to the office for clean towels and toilet paper and no one was there so I had to grab a pool towel in order to take a shower. The girl checking us in never...

"Not our first stay at this location. To be 100% clear, opted for the "basic" room. Turns out...very basic, not even a chair in the room to sit. Very small, few outlets, and refrigerator door would not close once we put items inside, used my suitcase to keep it closed. It is very close to the beach, appears to be pet friendly and easy walk to the boardwalk. Check in process was last minute, inconvenient when traveling, same with the check out process."

"My husband is handicapped and the staff member was very helpful and accommodating with room placement and parking. The food at the grill was also excellent!"
