"I stayed in room 227 it was beachside King room and there was no obstruction to my view it stayed perfect temperature no matter where I put it on the thermostat it was right there and it had everything we needed for our stay including dishes which we loaded in the dishwasher before we left the staff was amazing the room was spotless I was definitely impressed."

"Check in was a breeze and the most polite I've had in a long time. Room was clean and fresh. Nothing bad to say and the rate was far better than those closer to the House of Blues which was my destination for a show. Quick Uber ride away from the venue and overall a pleasant stay."

"Our visit was nice. I love the beautiful grounds and beach access. The resort rooms are big and comfortable. The balcony was so lovely because you could sit&relax and look at the beach all day. "

"Our room was clean but some spots due to oldness of building. We enjoyed our stay besides the parking. Had to park across the street in other garage because the other one was constantly full, but atleast there was another garage. Definitely recommend coming here! "

"View of ocean was beautiful, bars of plenty, great food at hotel restaurants, pools great! Walk directly onto beach. Which is amazing. But....our room was bigger than we thought...which was great.... set up good...but the floors were nasty. Disappointed in that. "

"This is my favorite hotel!! Rooms are always super clean! The staff is always friendly and helpful! This is truly a 5 star resort! Room service is superb! The indoor pool is open 24 hours and is really heated! The grounds are always clean and well maintained! Luxury at its finest!"

"We felt extremely deceived by the room pictures posted online and felt they were NOT an accurate reflection of the room we stayed in. It was dated, dirty, worn, and extremely disappointing. We tried to switch rooms but there was no availability."
