"The rooms were really clean. So was the lobby and halls. The staff were all super nice and helpful. The inside of the hotel stinks. Smells like mildew. Had to sleep with window open. Broke out with allergic reaction. I’m allergic to mold. Other than that, it’s great!"

"The facility needs updated. Our room had a pathetic bathroom. The pocket door to the bathroom was scratched and sawdust accumulated where the door rubbed against the frame when opening and closing. There was mold growing in the corner behind the toilet. The toilet paper holder was lose. The shower floor looked like someone started to scrape it to refinish it and never finished. The threshold to the shower was filled with debris. Only hot item for breakfast was waffles. No warm eggs or...

"The hotel was fantastic and we really enjoyed staying here, our only complaint would be that food was regularly taken away a half hour before the breakfast cut off of 9:30. The cereal would be shut down, waffle batter, or gravy dumped, or waffle irons turned off. If breakfast ended at 9 we would be sure to come down with more time, but my family anticipated a 9:30 cutoff that wasn't followed."

"Azure was very good for hotel good. Room was clean and well maintained. Pools and hot tubs were well maintained. Would have liked to have some live music at the pool or in Azure."

"Overall the hotel was nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing was my room was missing a curtain so couldn’t block out the daylight and the toilet didn’t flush properly. I had to push the button multiple times for it to fully flush sometimes."

"Location wise it’s good with access to beach. Overal it’s a very old hotel with outdated rooms. Common passage to rooms smells a lot due to wet carpets all across and no cooling there. AC in the rooms , there is a lot of water leakage frommAC on the room carpets. Cleanliness is not properly maintained across the property."
