"We have been staying at a lot of hotels this summer for baseball And I try to get name brand as in Fairfield inn by Marriott if I possible,well not this one Room was so stagnant and ac filters may have been cleaned a yr ago ,room looked like it was cleaned quickly,found a empty jar of weed gummies by the couch,ran out of hot water both mornings,hallways and lobby were so hot and wasn’t even that hot outside, I usually only leave reviews if it’s a great place to stay It was still better than...

"Pros- The people working were nice and we got the suite with the kitchen, which had a lot of room. The bed sheets and towels were clean. My husband liked the breakfast and there was coffee/ tea out all day with the good creamers. The location was perfect- close to Ithaca college (3 min) and Cornell (10 min). Cons- the place was not maintained at all. The smoke detector was pulled out of the ceiling, shower did not work well (only pulled half way), holes and stains all over the walls. A fresh...

"The room was very clean and a gift bag with two bottles of water, cookies, and pretzels was waiting for us. The bathroom was clean, but dated. The air conditioning unit was not as noisy as some, but still kept me awake. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked, but I wished it opened earlier than 7 am. The property itself is a little dated."

Breakfast was great with eggs bacon sausage and variety of breads and make your own waffle with all the toppings you desire and yogurt and oatmeal.
