"The heating/cooling in the room was really loud, there was also light and noise all night from adjacent road. In the morning there was no hot water to shower"

"The bar was closed (on a Friday evening) which was a disappointment. A staff member did get us 2 glasses of wine to have in our room. The pool area doors did not work with guest keys. Staff let us into the pool. The premises were very clean and well kept."

"Staff were not friendly and checking in was awful. Waited over 10 minutes. She was rude to me as well as other guests. Yelling on phone as well. Not friendly. Check out with another staff was better. At least she was kind. Didn’t seem like she was happy to be working, but was nice."

"We had a lovely time at Hope Lake Lodge. My issue was with Expedia! They booked us into a room that the lodge no longer had available. We ended up in a smaller room. The staff at the lodge told us they had been dealing with Expedia’s screw up all day long!"
