"Das Hotelzimmer war minimalistisch. Man konnte nur schräg auf der Toilette sitzen. Das ganze Badezimmer war kleiner als eine Besenkammer.
Das Personal beim Frühstück hat lieber lautstark telefoniert anstatt sich um das ausfüllen der leeren Platten zu kümmern.
Auf Nachfrage ob wir einen Cappuccino bekommen können, wurde unfreundlich von der Bedienung mit "nein" geantwortet. Sie selber hat sich dann einen Cappuccino gekocht und am Nebentisch getrunken.
Nach 22 Uhr bekommt man nichts mehr zu...
"Das Hotel liegt direkt im Kern von Carolinensiel und auch direkt an der Harle. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Eine TOP Unterkunft. "
"Check in was easy, found my room, which was spotlessly clean. Decor is very much reflective of Jever Beer, carpets, lamps, all green. Window had a roller shutter, which made it nice and dark. Great shower pressure, comfy bed, nice desk to work at, adequate storage for clothes. The pool was nice. Sauna and Gymlooked good. Food is good, had an evening meal a few times a d breakfast excellent. Large choice and excellent timings. Great warm choice. I am used to hot breakfast. Great sauseges, but...
"At first they did not provide a room matching the reservation (Deluxe double room with harbor view) saying there were none available. Only after requesting to speak to the manager and showing the Hotels.com reservation confirmation was there apparently such a room available...."
"The staff is friendly and helpful and the property is in a quiet neighborhood...easy walk to downtown Jever! The hotel is clean and comfy with lots of parking and a delicious breakfast."
"Entrance is a little dated but it looks like they have been and are maybe still renovating the rooms. I stayed in a modern comfortable room and slept well. The staff were very friendly and helpful would stay again when in the area"
