"Rooms and hallways were smelling. Breakfast was very bad. Did not expect such a poor cheap quality breakfast. Pool and spa was dirty. I left my expensive golf hat in the balcony when I left the hotel and the receptionist was rude and would not help me to mail the hat back to my home address."

"Misleading advertising. Website shows cute cottages we ended up in the back in old hotel set up with musty/moldy dresser in room. Their in-room phone was connected to nothing. Cobwebs, spiders and more. I was able to move to a different room the next day but had to have the a/c worked on - kept going ..."
