"The room served its purpose. Large and beds were ok. The noise from the highway wasn’t ideal on that side of the building as well as the lack of window coverings. The plastic blinds let so much light in that it woke us up at 7am. For the price, it’s just fine. If you want a great sleep after the sun is up, maybe not here."

"Upon arrival to their property, the staff recognize us with a warm greeting easy check-in process. The property was clean my family enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast was good."

"The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Location was in a great spot with everything you need close. Our room upon entry was so cold and the strong smelling of pinesole cleaner was so bad we had open the windows and leave for a few hours. The floors looked to not have been swept well as we found what looked like tobacco on the floor in the bathroom and a few things on the floor around the bed. The shower did not have a shower curtain on at all so water was all over the floor after we showered. The toilet, tub, microwave and fridge were clean and satisfactory. The bed had a terrible squeaky noise so every time anyone moved it would squeak very loudly. Their was so much clearer used and left on the floors it was sticky when you walked on it and sticky. The hallway and elevator to get to our room on the 4th floor were terribly dirty, with trash snd staines from drinks spilled all over. The coffee machine was out of service which was a disappointment. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and I give them a 5 star rating. Room wise I give a 2 star."

"My room had a major amout of ants by the windows and into an outlet, they seemed to go away as the sun went down. Carpets were stained. Bedding seemed clean though. Checking in, the staff was chatting for awhile while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. Then on checking out, waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk, a line formed while waiting. We just threw our cards on the desk and left. If it weren't for the ants, I probably would have used the big tub. Their breakfast was sad, too. One thing to make waffles, 2 cereals, and a handful of tiny muffins. The counter was bare where I would expect more choices to be. Last but not least, the remote didnt work for the tv. I just wanted sleep so I left it alone. "

"The room was not very clean. The floor was sticky, there was blood on the bathroom. Door handle, there was something white on the dresser and on the headboard. It looked like there was blood as well. The room stunk like dogs had been in it And it doesn't look like they wash their pillow cases very well. They were yellow. When I went to the front desk and let the guy know about it. He didn't seem to know what to do. I think that is very unsanitary. It is a hazmat situation when there's blood And his housekeepers are not doing their job very well. He didn't offer me a discount or a refund. So I had to go through my third party company. Because that's a waste of money to sleep. In a room with blood and crumbs in the bed and the dirtiness, when you turn on the heater/ air conditioner it smelled awful. An okay place to stay if you have another option. Like, we didn't have any other option. But I wouldn't stay there again.I'd rather sleep in my car"

"Room was super clean , staff was excellent , breakfast was good , beds were not great , the room service desert was not great . Stay was a 4 . The room was in excellent condtitiom and was very clean which is super important and appreciated . The beds were very uncomfortable . I think they were just maybe old and worn out . "
