"I had to rebook a hotel while in France and the Novotel was easy and reasonable price. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Onsite restaurants and bar are nice. Staff was professional and pleasant. They stored my luggage for me while I was in Cannes which helped me tremendously. The free airport shuttle was easy to find. I called from airport information desk and they explained how to find the pick up location. I waited about 20 minutes and they helped me with my luggage. I would definitely stay...

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"The internet never worked at all. Every day during our three day stay we were assured the technician had fixed it, but there was never usable internet. In this day and age a hotel with no internet is unacceptable. We could not even send email most of the time. Everything else about the place is excellent."

"Room was clean and basic. Breakfast and evening meals in restaurant were very good, though breakfast hot options were limited: boiled or scrambled eggs and sausages. One member of male reception staff very rude and severely lacking in any customer service skills. Restaurant staff and female reception staff excellent."

"Bel hôtel bien situé et très bien entretenu et propre. Petit déjeuner excellent. Personnel attentif à nos besoins. Seuls points négatifs, le wifi assez faible dans les chambres et la douche coulait un peu dans la salle de bain. Mais je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation. D'autant plus que les récentes rénovations ont ajouté une terrasse-café trés jolie."
