"Overall, it was a quick and pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than a night. The bathroom was not very clean, with hair on the floor. However, the beds and pillows were comfortable, which made up for the cleanliness issue. The overall experience was fine, but the place did seem a bit run down."

"First room I was given the bathroom looked dirty, there was hair and dirt on the floor and in the shower. Gross. I went and asked for a new room, they gave me a new room key, went to my new room and someone was already in the room! They gave me a key to someone’s room! How does that happen. Ok next room I get there is a pair of USED PANTIES under the sink counter. I asked for a refund and was told to contact Expedia for a refund. When Expedia contacted the property the front desk refused to...

"Hello, I am staying at your Holiday Inn Austin-Town Lake for two nights, and my card has already been charged. I reported that the AC was not working and that water was leaking through the window. Although the AC was repaired, the window leak was not fixed. The solution provided was to leave towels to catch the water, rather than repair the leak.
I appreciate that the AC issue was resolved, but I am disappointed that the window leak remained unresolved and that towels were used as a temporary...

"Firstly, there is a 139 dollar resort fee which I was not informed of. I ordered room service 2 of the items did not arrive. I went down to politely ask for our missing items. I was told to calm down, and sit down. The staff was treating me that I was speaking another language finally the manager came and told us he would refund the order. This never happened. Also our tv in our room wasn’t working. I tried calling reception multiple times but no one ever answered. I would like to receive my 139...
