"The only reason a 4 was given is due to mattress and pillows, there were not of good quality. Very soft and uncomfortable for our preference, apart from that the hotel was beautiful and great restaurant. Staff amazing!"

"First time stay at a Village Hotel and although the hotel is under referbishment we had a quiet,clean relaxing stay. Easy quick check in and out, great food and drink offers and under 15 mins to Chester. Staff were awesome. Well worth down loading the app for more offers."
