"Part Deux at the InterContinental is a beautiful hotel set within a stunning historic building that has been very tastefully restored. Check-in was excellent and the rooms were lovely, making for a great first impression. The main downside was the facilities, which felt limited for this level of hotel — a pool or jacuzzi would have made a big difference. The concierge could also have been a little more helpful and welcoming at times but instead seemed put out. What was most disappointing, however, was the complete lack of recognition for my friend’s birthday despite us advising the hotel in advance and it being noted on her club profile. I just found it odd. Overall, a stylish and enjoyable stay, but missing some of the finer hospitality touches."

"We had a room without natural light, and while comfortable and quiet, it was a weird experience. Alarm clock was the only way to wake up. Breakfast was fresh and typical items. Terrace is very nice and location is excellent, walking distance to almost anywhere. Plenty of dining options and metro 2 blocks away."

"I booked this hotel specifically for location, comfort and air conditioning. When I arrived it was warm/hot. When I noticed the air conditioning didn’t work I went to reception I see what I was doing wrong. It turned out that the air conditioning doesn’t work until mid May. I was there the first week in May. The location was great if you are taking the train. The rooms were clean. The amenities such as soap and shampoo were minimal. "

"We had a nice stay in the hotel. The property is very nice, the rooms are specious, the beds are comfortable, the decoration is really nice. My only feedback would be that the bed sheets seem to be a bit small and they kept coming off the mattress. We had to adjust them several times. "
