If you’re only looking for a roof over your head, this place might be okay — but that’s about it. The food was terrible, with very limited options, and they lacked even basic necessities like coffee and water. The café only opens at 8 AM on weekends and 10 AM on weekdays, which is surprising in Colombia — a country famous for coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee here was so bad it could make you lose interest in coffee altogether. During lunch and dinner, even after asking for water multiple times, it never arrived. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathrooms were outdated, and there was no hot water for the shower. Overall, I would not return or recommend this place to family or friends.

Friendly staff. Loved how clean the property was. Well maintained. Loved seeing after every meal the cleaning process started. Done well ! Beach clean and safe. Security always around. Well lit at night. Lots of birds and palm trees. Loved the quiet adult only pool. Nice jazz music at breakfast and in the main desk sitting area. Highly recommend this all inclusive resort.

Very Loud, lot of Events, old and defective Inventory, Gym had no functional equipment besides weights. All-Inclusive means, that there a specific non-alcoholic beverages like Milk-coffee at bars not included. Children over 12 are payed as adults but they are not allowed in adult zones.

We loved the hotel and the service, the only thing I would like is that you to fix the floors around the pools, they are raised and it is dangerous for children who play around with the wet floor, my daughter tripped and haired her foot.

The property was beautifully landscaped, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There were cats and dogs (birds,iguanas, crabs and a snake!) on property but they seemed healthy and well cared for. The food and drinks were good and a lot of variety.

The food was extremely limited and overall not appetizing. The reserved restaurants should all be in an enclosed space. Keep the animals off the dining areas at least. Cats and dogs were everywhere. The property needs more staff that can communicate in English. And keep the adult pools open later than 5pm. Add a disco or club on the premise for dancing.

This was my first time visiting Colombia and I must say I definitely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk was so helpful and kind . Andrews and Estevan from the front desk were always top tier with their customer service skills , They made me feel very welcomed . I will Be staying at this hotel again on my next visit to Colombia .

Beautiful property with a wonderful staff! Food was amazing! Beach was fantastic! Very happy we picked this place to stay. Brush up on your Spanish. Most people in the resort and staff are Spanish speaking only.

No air in lobby, open roof so when it rains you have to run to get some coverage. No ac in the bathrooms, insects ALL OVER THE PLACE. Food was good overall, staff not so friendly as much as the waiters. All rooms are muggy, feeling wet and congested. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I rather pay for food and stay at a cleaner nicer place.
